60-Day Guarantee



S hop with confidence, knowing that all merchants on the Port & Shopping Map provided onboard during your cruise vacation have been carefully selected and each offers a 60-day guarantee to cruise line guests.

Buyer’s remorse, buyer’s negligence, and lost or stolen merchandise are excluded from this guarantee.

All participating merchants will repair or replace any unsatisfactory item, except for watches and excluding cases of buyer’s negligence, buyer’s remorse, or lost or stolen merchandise. Watches and other branded merchandise will be repaired or replaced by the brand service centers.

Watches and other branded merchandise carry internal brand warrantees and will be repaired or replaced by the brand service centers.

When unsatisfactory items cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund will be offered.

For purposes of determining quality and value of jewelry, only appraisals of replacement value for insurance purposes will be accepted. The appraisal must come from a gem laboratory or an independent graduate gemologist appraiser, not affiliated with jewelry retailing. Valuation comparisons of watches and other branded merchandise must be based on retail prices offered by authorized brand retailers.

All returns must be authorized by the merchant. Please ask about individual store return policies before you buy.

Merchandise must be inspected immediately by the purchaser upon receipt of items.

All references to gemstone carat weight in printed material and/or verbal promotions are approximate; actual carat weight can be provided by participating merchants.

The port shopping program is operated by Onboard Media, Inc., which stands behind all customer relations claims relating to the guarantee.

Participating merchants have paid an advertising fee to Onboard Media for inclusion in this program.
